Refundable damage deposit of $350.-- required

Downpayment of 50% to hold reservation required;
Cancellation over 90 days ___100% refund less $150 Admin. Fee;  
Cancellation 60 - 31 days:___50% refund less $150 Admin. Fee ; 
Cancellation 30 days or less:__no refund
If the house can be rerented:__100% refund less $150 Admin. Fee;
